I would like to express to Wyndgate Technologies a thank you for the hospitality shown to the members of the SafeTrace Users Group (STUG) during the Sacramento 2002 meeting. Over the past couple of years, the relationship between the Users and Wyndgate has developed into a very good working relationship for both parties. The relationship that was fostered in Pittsburgh in May 2000 has continued to evolve into a listening and hearing, give and take relationship for those involved. This type of relationship has been beneficial to all of us, as we expect it will continue to be.

As an expression of our gratitude to Wyndgate for your generosity at the meeting and your demonstrated commitment to customer needs, enclosed is our gift to you. Each square of this quilt represents a SafeTrace center. It is our hope that you will display this quilt in the Wyndgate offices as a symbol of the good will that has developed between us.
